Licensed taxis only
Only taxi drivers with a valid municipal licence, a taximeter and insurance work with Hola Taxi. We check their documents before activating them, and periodically afterwards.
The price is the official one
The amount of each ride is what the taximeter shows at the municipality's public tariff. The app shows an estimate before you order; we do not apply surge pricing.
Respect
We expect passengers and drivers to treat each other properly. Discrimination on grounds of origin, language, gender, religion, disability or sexual orientation is not tolerated.
Safety on every ride
Every ride is recorded, can be followed live and can be shared. An SOS button is available throughout the trip.
We listen
You can report any incident from the app or from this website. We look into it and, where appropriate, act on the account involved.
