Which documents we ask for
Taxi licence, municipal taxi driver's permit, driving licence, the vehicle's registration and technical card with a valid roadworthiness test, and the insurance policy.
What we use them for
Only to check that whoever receives rides through Hola Taxi is a licensed taxi driver and that the vehicle is authorised and insured.
Review and expiry
We review the documents before activating the account. When a document is about to expire we warn the driver; if it expires, the account stops receiving rides until it is updated.
Retention and access
[RAZÓN SOCIAL] keeps the documents while the account is active and for the legally applicable periods. Only the staff who review them have access. You can request their deletion by writing to [email protected].
