Who can use the driver app
Taxi drivers with a valid taxi licence and municipal driver's permit, providing the service in an authorised vehicle with its roadworthiness test and insurance up to date.
What Hola Taxi is
[RAZÓN SOCIAL] provides a technology platform that puts passengers in touch with taxi drivers. The transport service is provided by the driver, on their own account and under their own responsibility, in line with taxi regulations and official fares.
Price and payment
The price of each ride is the taximeter's. The driver is paid directly by the passenger, in cash or by card. The financial terms of using the platform are accepted in the driver app.
The driver's obligations
To keep their documents valid and up to date in the app, to serve the rides they accept, to treat passengers properly and to comply with traffic and taxi regulations.
Suspension of the account
We may suspend or close an account if documents expire or prove to be invalid, or in the event of serious or repeated breaches of these terms.
